My layout contains White questionmarks in a blue frame. What to do?

Preamble
To avoid misinterpretation some important hints are listed below
– Scanning of models and white questionmarks in a blue frame are in no way related to each other
– Scanning of models only completes the data base of the available models. If no scan is done after purchase of new packages, new models could not be found in the list of models. And could not be used in the recent layout.
– White questionmarks in a blue frame indicate that this models are not available in the date base (resources) or have a different R/N number than the EEP version. Scanning will not help here.
– If a layout is bought in the shop which contains new models, this models must be visible without scanning. Again the same R/N numbers as well of the new layout as of the EEP version are the prerequisite
