Some goods may cause serious problems in EEP versions up to EEP13 and EEP might crash.Sometimes goods could be found at unexpected places…
Solution 1
– Select the 2D plan Window
– Select the layer goods (icon parcel)
– move to:
-> View
-> Display 2D plan window
-> Editor goods
and de-activate all layers one by one until only layer goods is left.
Here goods should be shown as a blue symbol and could be deleted.

Solution 2
Use the layout file (*.anl3) for deleting.
Expert knowledge in reading and handling of XML files is mandatory here.
