How to rotate a complete layout

The Tool “Albert” helps to rotate the layout, if some restrictions are regarded:
* Interactions between signals are lost
* Bendings and elevations are lost
Use a picture processing program and rotate the *.bmp file, after saving, as choosen in “Albert”, save again.
